Schoellkopf Health Center in Niagara Falls, NY operates a 120-bed skilled nursing care facility which includes a sub-acute unit and Hospice Unit. Our operations are located within easy commuting distance of Buffalo and the surrounding area. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents, by treating them with dignity and respect and assisting them in maintaining their independence. LTC/SAR experience preferred.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Part Time Days 6:30am-2:30pm Every Other Weekend Only We offer a great benefit package.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care of assigned individuals according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures. Document patient information and nursing actions performed and patient response to care timely and appropriately. Must be flexible and make care decisions bases on the condition of the patient and prioritizing according to individual needs. Carries out responsibilities within the infection control, risk management, safety and disaster programs.

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
