Job Description
General / Assistant Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced General/Assistant Manager to lead our new store location. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader who excels in retail operations, team development, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. Lead, train, and support team members to achieve performance goals. Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment. Handle scheduling, cash management, payroll, and POS operations. Recruit, onboard, and develop new employees. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in retail management or assistant management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Proficiency with POS systems and basic bookkeeping. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills and experience in wireless sales or grocery retail are a plus.
