Store Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Store Manager who will also play an active role in sales at our family-owned jewelry store. This position combines leadership responsibilities with a strong focus on customer service and selling, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing operations and working directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store daily, following all security and operational procedures
• Taking a role in sales as needed, assisting customers with jewelry selection and completing transactions while supporting the sales team
• Deliver a high level of customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual displays
• Manage inventory, including organizing, tracking merchandise
• Handle cash, process payments, and complete end-of-day balancing
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, restocking, and vendor coordination
• Ensure proper handling and security of valuable merchandise

Qualifications:

• Retail experience required; management and/or sales experience preferred
• Sales skills with a customer-focused approach
• Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and take initiative in a small business environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with high-value items

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
