At Rome Health, we are proud to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our community through advanced technology and a collaborative clinical environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CT Supervisor to join our progressive, state-of-the-art Medical Imaging team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT technologist with leadership abilities to step into a key role where you'll influence patient care, support staff development, and help drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
As the CT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in both clinical and operational leadership, including:
Overseeing daily operations within the CT department to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
Coordinating staffing and securing coverage during short-staffed situations
Managing equipment performance and resolving issues promptly
Partnering with leadership to recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
Communicating department updates, policies, and expectations to all staff, including per diem team members
Developing and leading training sessions and in-service education for CT staff
Serving as a clinical instructor for the SUNY CT program, helping shape the next generation of imaging professionals
Leading by example, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and performance
Contributing to staff retention, engagement, and recruitment initiatives
Supporting additional responsibilities as outlined in the full job description
What You'll Bring
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology programExperience:
Experience in a hospital-based, high-volume CT environment required Proficiency in invasive radiology procedures strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a teamCertification/Licensure:
Current NYSDOH license to practice Radiography ARRT (R) certification required ARRT (CT) certification strongly preferred Why Join Rome Health?
