Store Manager

Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management. Experience with POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures. Ability to lead training & development programs for staff members at all levels. Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stock management, and store presentation standards. Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, budgeting, and marketing initiatives. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred.
