•Full-time Position ✔ Enjoy the benefits of a second-shift schedule while still being home before midnight. What You'll Do Lead production personnel to ensure safe, efficient steel fabrication operations Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Management to ensure materials and drawings are available when needed Maintain production schedules while meeting quality and safety standards Support, mentor, and hold team members accountable for performance and workmanship Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ensure effective communication and shift handoffs between departments and personnel What We're Looking For 3-5 years of steel fabrication experience Prior supervisory or lead experience required Strong knowledge of welding, fitting, and structural steel fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret structural steel detail drawings Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship Welding experience preferred Crew management experience preferred Benefits & Perks Opportunity to earn up to 20% of your annual pay through our company bonus program Safety bonus potential
