Job Description

Detail Shop Manager - Full Time We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Shop Manager to join our busy automotive shop. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns Manage employees and oversee daily shop operations Ensure vehicles are completed on schedule and meet quality standards Maintain organization, productivity, and communication throughout the shop Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and leadership skills Experience managing employees and customer relationships Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Automotive or detailing industry experience is a plus, but not required Proficient with scheduling and basic computer/phone applications
