Michelle Farmer is a Made in the USA luxury women's wear brand known for effortless chic design, exceptional craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. Each piece is lovingly created in our West Palm Beach atelier and sold through our boutiques in Southampton, Palm Beach, and The Boca Raton. About the Role The Assistant Store Manager partners closely with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role. The Assistant Store Manager drives results through personal styling, strategic client development, operational excellence, and structured team training. You will uphold brand standards, maintain a pristine and elevated store environment, and coach the team in product knowledge, styling expertise, and relationship-building to ensure sales goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate leads by example, fosters accountability, and creates a culture of excellence that reflects our brand's commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through ongoing training in styling, product knowledge, and luxury selling techniques Assist in setting clear performance expectations and maintaining accountability across the team Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized styling and consistent follow-up Build and grow a strong client book through outreach, appointments, and concierge-level service Support and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and bespoke appointments Work with manager to oversee custom and special orders to ensure seamless client satisfaction Maintain fitting rooms, back stock, and inventory areas Ito brand standard.
