Job Description

You will ensure the most knowledgeable and passionate team of bakery employees are working to educate our customers and provide them with the freshest variety of bakery products available. If you love fresh products and managing others, then this could be the role for you! What You'll Do Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products Coordinate the daily tasks of your team to ensure products are available timely for customers Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals Requirements 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree Computer skills Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a team Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters At Wegmans, we've always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
