Store Manager - Family-Owned Gun & Archery Shop We're a small, family-owned hunting and archery shop that's growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Store Manager to grow with us. This isn't a corporate retail job, we need someone who takes pride in their work, builds strong relationships with customers, and brings real world experience and steady leadership to the table.

What You'll Do:

Run day-to-day store operations alongside ownership Lead and support a small, tight-knit team Help customers find the right firearms, bows, and gear for their needs Ensure all firearm sales and processes follow state and federal laws Manage inventory, merchandising, and vendor orders Play a key role in shaping and growing the business Qualifications (Experience Required): Proven retail management experience (outdoor, hunting, or sporting goods strongly preferred) Strong, working knowledge of firearms and/or archery equipment Familiarity with ATF regulations and safe handling practices Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and decision-making ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to pass background checks and meet all legal requirements We're looking for someone dependable, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing, hands-on environment.

Pay:
