Retail Store Lead -Full Time Job Summary:
As the Retail Store Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning, excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of retail associates.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing and customer-focused team.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management and merchandising.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Customer Service:
- Foster a customer-centric culture by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Sales and Financial Performance:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to address any deviation.
Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote merchandise.
- Ensure that the store layout aligns with company guidelines and seasonal promotions.
Buying:
- Assist Store Manager and retail team in evaluating store brands and creating assortments. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, preferably.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Must be available to work all retail store shifts: days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
