Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members to ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence. Oversee daily store activities including sales, inventory management, and merchandising to meet business goals. Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to develop their skills in retail sales, POS systems, and customer engagement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of retail math, budgeting, cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory control. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and store management procedures. Experience with training & development programs and team management strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to make delivery's with own vehicle.
