Position Summary As a Manager in Training (MIT), you'll prepare for a future Store Manager role by learning every aspect of store operations. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to lead a successful retail location. MITs learn to manage sales, customer service, collections, inventory, store operations, financial performance, and team development while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.
