Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize waste. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement promotional materials and oversee the execution of sales campaigns. Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution. Prepare reports on sales, expenditures, and other performance metrics. Ensure all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements are upheld.
