Job Description
As a Taco Bell Shift Lead, you'll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations. What you'll do: Lead by example and support team members during shifts Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and resolve issues as needed Help ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment Monitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they arise Support training and coaching of team members Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations What we're looking for: Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law) Previous food service or retail experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and support a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
