Description The Store Manager will lead all employees by example, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while upholding the company's mission, values, and operational standards. This role is responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving performance. Responsibilities Train, guide, and encourage employees to maintain our high standards and policies Be an excellent team leader Keep the appearance of store and premises clean and inviting for customers Provide 24-hour supervision of the store by viewing video surveillance and visiting the store frequently at odd hours Delegate tasks to all employees, making certain all employees work productively during their shift Control and eliminate theft by employees, customers, and suppliers Survey and report competitors' fuel and merchandise pricing Execute store promotions and on-site advertising as instructed Report on items needed for repair related to building and equipment Complete and send inspections and tests of store systems, equipment and premises Send daily reports on sales and operations Maintain safe premises for customers and employees Investigate, report, and correct conditions leading to accidents or customer service complaints in a courteous manner Complete all other responsibilities as detailed in training materials Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle Benefits Engaging bonus and recognition programs Weekly Pay Premium pay for overnight & holiday shifts Complimentary coffee & soda on shift Paid sick and vacation days 401k Retirement Savings Plan Health and other benefit plans available (Life, Medical, Accident, Short-Term Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and more) Tuition Reimbursement Referral and Training bonuses
