Part-Time Youth and Adult Programming Supervisor

Description This position is responsible for supervising Parks and Recreation Programs and daily operations across the Parks and Recreation Division. This position will research, develop, instruct, monitor, and evaluate parks and recreation programs and assist with Special Events offered throughout the City of Moraine. Assist with the supervision of the division's part-time employees and volunteers. Collects information and compiles reports, as directed. Provides excellent customer service. Attends meetings and training. Other duties as required. This position is expected to work 25-29 hours per week. Salary Starting pay range is $14.27-$21.09 per hour. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with one or more years of experience with recreation programs. Experience in implementing recreation programs (i.e., art and nature-based programs). Ability to think critically, creatively, and solve problems. Strong organization skills. Strong communication skills. Enjoy working with all ages. Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required. All candidates must be willing to submit to random drug screenings. First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
