As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you're the go-to leader for your shift, helping your team stay motivated, keeping the restaurant running smoothly, and making sure guests leave happier than they arrived. If you enjoy coaching others, solving problems on the fly, and bringing good vibes to every shift, you'll feel right at home. You'll support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) while leadinga team of Team Members during your assigned shifts. What You'll Do Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized throughout the shift Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK® standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders What You Bring At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment A people-first attitude with strong communication skills Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts Commitment to great guest experiences, BK® standards, and learning new responsibilities Why You'll Love It Here Weekly pay Meal discounts
