May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is looking for long-term growth. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced managers while learning how to support daily operations, coordinate team activities, and develop the leadership skills needed to advance within the company. No previous management experience is required, we're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities Assist with overseeing the daily activities of a small outreach and engagement team. Learn the fundamentals of business operations, team leadership, and performance management. Support the onboarding and coaching of new team members through hands-on training. Help coordinate daily schedules, team objectives, and operational priorities. Monitor team performance and provide encouragement, guidance, and ongoing support. Work alongside team members to ensure community outreach campaigns are executed professionally. Build positive relationships with community members while representing nonprofit partners. Participate in leadership development, management workshops, and ongoing professional training. Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, goal setting, and team development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, leadership, athletics, or team-based environments is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
