Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months- 1 year experience)
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing
- Train, motivate, and inspire team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards
