We're looking for an experienced Collision Center Estimator / Store Manager to lead our Waverly location. This role blends estimating, customer communication, and daily shop management — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an ideal next step for an experienced estimator ready to take on full ownership of a location and grow into a leadership role at a thriving, established shop Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily workflow , production scheduling, and shop operations Write accurate repair estimates using CCC and complete full repair planning Handle insurance negotiations , supplements, and proper documentation Research and apply OEM repair procedures for safe and correct repairs Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, technicians, and parts staff Maintain quality standards, compliance, and a high level of customer satisfaction Support, coach, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations Help drive cycle time, profitability, and repair accuracy Qualifications Proficiency with CCC (required) 3-5 years of estimating or collision repair management experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Understanding of OEM repair guidelines and modern vehicle technology Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead a team Customer-service mindset with attention to detail Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Family-owned culture with growth opportunities Supportive team environment Long-standing, reputable collision center Paid Vacation Simple Roth IRA (Employer Match) Paid Holiday Paid Time Off Health Insurance Supplemental Insurance How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume directly to: jrhoades@p1cc.com You may also apply in person at our Chillicothe, OH location.
