An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Manager:
Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift What You'll Need to Succeed as anAssistant Manager:
