Job Description
OVERVIEW
The C-Store Supervisor is responsible for the overall successful administration of policies and procedures of the Travel Plaza Convenience Store.WORK SCHEDULE
- Requires morning, afternoons, evenings. Monday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by C-Store Manager.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but is not limited to, the duties and responsibilities noted below:- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing daily deposits reconciling cash drawers, maintaining inventory reports and ordering product as necessary.
- Ensure Food products/preparation is in accordance to health regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels. Review, investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure overall cleanliness of C-Store is maintained.
- Review and resolve customer/employee complaints and conflicts.
- Greet guests and co-workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment.
- Other duties as assigned by C-Store Manager.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs.
- Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures and fumes.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods with some office environment
QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent retail management experience
- Must possess a valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License/Permit
- Basic Mathematical/Computer Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to obtain ACE certification/ABLE license once employed.
