Duties Assist in managing daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations. Conduct employee orientation and training to promote a knowledgeable and efficient team. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing market presence and driving sales growth. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image. Requirements Proven experience in a retail or sales environment; experience in wireless sales is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers. Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
