May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Responsible for assisting with Retail operations, security/safety, and food/beverage.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. Assists in management of the Retail Departments and oversees all facets of the daily operations to ensure optimum customer service. Acts as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent. Mostly on evenings and on weekends. Conducts daily business with vendors such as adjusting price points, sales, specials, displays, contracts, purchasing, and returns. Make sure store is clean and properly functioning at all times. Maintain a working relationship with cashiers and cooks. Must report to General Manager when absent & unavailable for staff. Review and maintain a constant vigil on the store inventory. Prepare and submit weekly inventory for tobacco, grocery, and deli items. Assist with paperwork as assigned and deemed necessary by the General Manager such as invoice approvals, daily reports, staffing documentation, and scheduling. Responsible for completing and submitting the monthly safety inspection report to the General Manager for approval before submitting to the Safety Operations Director. Review and ensure that employees are properly completing their daily shift checklists. Review applications, contact references, conduct interviews, and submit new hire paperwork to Human Resources. Complete and submit resignation and personnel change forms to Human Resources. Complete employee license referral forms and submit to the Gaming Commission. Prepare and direct monthly employee meetings as needed. Ensure and assist in the training of all new employees. Deliver and discuss verbal warnings with employees and submit signed and completed paperwork to Human Resources. Responsible for submitting reports related to security, management, and the Gaming Commission. Daily, monthly, and annual sales of items purchased are calculated and reported to Corporate. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and leadership. Maintains consistent and punctual attendance. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor or administrator. Ensure and assist in the training of all new employees. Assists with covering shifts at other Retail locations. Review and make sure all items ring up in register with correct pricing. Responsible for price changes & inputting inventory deliveries.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Manager in leading and directing Retail employees.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) required. Associates degree preferred. Two (2) years work experience in a directly related field preferred.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain gaming license, food handler s permit, ABLE license, Rserving Certificate, Pawnee Nation Liquor License, and an Underground Storage Tank Operators License.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, vendors, managers, and customers. Ability to write routine correspondence.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY
