Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for a top-tier Automotive Retail professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department at Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.

Take turns as part of the F&I producing team.

Track portfolio with lenders.

Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.

Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.

Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.

Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.

Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

QualificationsProven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Director.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and work ethic.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirement.

Ability to in a fast paced automotive retail environment.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
