Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the wireless telecommunications sector. Duties Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and implement sales strategies focused on wireless products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a knowledgeable and customer-focused team. Manage daily store operations including cash handling, cashiering, POS transactions, and shift management. Utilize strong negotiation skills to upsell wireless plans, devices, accessories, and service packages. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Supervise merchandising efforts to enhance product displays and marketing initiatives that attract customers. Monitor retail math including pricing strategies, sales data analysis, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping such as payroll and bookkeeping. Lead recruiting efforts to attract talented staff while fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee development. Skills Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Experience in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance evaluation. Knowledge of marketing strategies including merchandising and promotional activities within a retail setting. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while managing store operations efficiently. Organizational skills necessary for managing inventory control, stock replenishment, and store scheduling. Familiarity with wireless products/services offerings along with store management software tools.
