JOB PURPOSE
The Stoe Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a NAPA store. A person in this drives daily leadership and growth that promotes and enables NAPA to be the dominant parts supplier in the market.
DUTIES:
Build good relationships with customers. Maximize store sales. Connect store operations to NAPA's mission. Lead and coach retail team. Identify opportunities for growth. Focus on customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver's License required. High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Previous management experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Able to lead teams to achieve goals. Sound decision making skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift. Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds. Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively. This is not a complete list of responsibilities. Other duties may be required as needed.
