DUTCH CROWN

Specialist (Pre Roll Tip Closer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient Dutch Crown put onto each of our straight rolls. These are a PREMIUM product and each one needs to be consistent both in the pack and the crown. The straight rolls will be made for you fresh each day, your job is solely based around putting the best quality crown on each roll. Your expertise will contribute to delivering premium products that meet quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction benchmarks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an industry leading, family owned farm turning out some of the highest quality products in the entire state. Responsibilities Carefully close tips on pre-rolls, ensuring uniformity and quality in every item. Inspect finished pre-rolls for defects, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Good with repetitive tasks and staying consistent doing them Maintain a clean and organized work station Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve product quality continuously. Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments, preferably within the cannabis or related industry. Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control. Ability perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Knowledge of procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to regulations. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
