Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase store traffic. Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash handling procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
