Full-Time (35-40 hours per week) About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy OLCC recreational marijuana dispensary in beautiful Lincoln City, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, inventory management, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain compliance while creating a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day dispensary operations Lead, train, and motivate dispensary staff Ensure compliance with all OLCC regulations and company policies Oversee inventory management, audits, and product ordering Maintain accurate METRC reporting and inventory tracking Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns Drive sales performance and help achieve store revenue goals Manage scheduling, staffing, and employee accountability Monitor cash handling procedures and daily reporting Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Qualifications Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (required) Previous retail management experience (required) Cannabis dispensary management experience preferred METRC experience preferred Strong inventory management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth What We're Looking For The successful candidate will possess the following key skills: Attention to Detail Inventory Management METRC Experience Sales Leadership Team Building and Development Customer Service Excellence Strong Communication Skills We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of results, and is committed to creating an outstanding experience for both customers and employees.
