Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. Supervise and motivate staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of employee engagement. Oversee sales floor activities, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring product knowledge across the team. Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and fostering a welcoming shopping environment. Implement operational policies related to inventory management, shrink reduction, and safety compliance to optimize store performance.
