Job Description
St Vincent de Paul is a worldwide Catholic non-profit service organization dedicated to serving the needs of the poor and disadvantaged. St Vincent de Paul in Redmond Oregon is a million dollar a year non-profit organization serving those in need in our community. It operates a thrift store, a food pantry and various support programs for those in need. We are currently looking for a Thrift Store manager to oversee day-to-day operations, employees and volunteers. Non-profit experience is a plus. The successful candidate will have have the following: Proven experience in retail managment and in developing and managing staff Solid computer skills and experience in point of sales transaction Budgeting skills and basic accounting skills Be an innovator and have a management philosophy that builds a positive work enviroment Be committed to operating in a manner that is in direct alignment with, and support of, the mission of St Vincent de
