What You'll Lead In this role, you'll take ownership of store performance from the sales floor to the back room. You'll coach and develop associates, set a high standard for service and presentation, manage budgets and inventory, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll also partner with GoodWorks to support training and development programs for associates while advancing an organization committed to employment opportunities, personal growth, and sustainable practices. Who You Are You are an experienced retail operator and people leader who knows how to motivate teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results. You lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and take pride in running an organized, customer-focused, high-performing store. To succeed in this role, you should bring strong leadership judgment, operational know-how, and a hands-on approach to retail management. We're looking for someone who can develop talent, protect the customer experience, maintain high standards, and confidently oversee the day-to-day business of the store.
Qualifications Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers. Must be able to demonstrate competency in all levels of duties. Detail-oriented with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience with supervision and leadership of employees. Must have experience with money handling procedures. Perform simple mathematical calculations. Experience operating office equipment including computer, telephone, fax and copy machine. Proficient in
Microsoft Teams and Excel Education and Experience:
High school diploma 3 years recent retail supervisory or management experience. A college degree in Marketing, Retail or related field is preferred but not required.

Frequently required to walk and/or stands for up to 8 hours per day. Must regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to push/pull and carry up to 30 pounds. Kneels, stoops, and bends frequently. Occasional need to push heavy, wheeled carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling equipment with loads weighing up to 250 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Local and regional travel is required. Work is performed primarily indoors in a climate-controlled space. May occasionally perform work in outside weather conditions. Ability to climb ladders; move or handle merchandise throughout the facility; ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the operation; and be able to train others to use that equipment.
