What You Will Do :

Job Requirements :

Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is

REQUIRED.

Knowledge of basic automotive services Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales. Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Minimum 3 years of Management Experience

Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation. Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
