We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Store Manager to lead our boutique retail location. This is a confidential search for an established brand committed to exceptional service, curated collections, and a personalized client experience. Role Overview As Store Manager, you will be the face of the boutique-driving business through meaningful client relationships, hands-on leadership, and elevated service standards . This role requires a leader who thrives on the sales floor, inspires team performance, and delivers a best-in-class luxury experience. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships , ensuring a loyal and engaged customer base Lead by example through a hands-on presence on the sales floor , actively driving sales and client engagement Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on clienteling and service excellence Analyze business performance and implement strategies to exceed sales goals and KPIs Ensure the boutique reflects brand standards in visual merchandising, operations, and overall presentation Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and elevated customer experience Qualifications Proven experience in a store management role within luxury, boutique, or premium retail Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships (clienteling focus) Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving business growth Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch customer environment What We Offer A dynamic and supportive environment within a growing, client-focused brand Competitive compensation plus commission
