Entry Level Assistant Manager

We're hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager for our company that is focused on AT&T's products and services. In this Entry Level Assistant Manager role, you will meet with customers and businesses to explain available AT&T products and services, and help them select the best options based on their needs. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager you will also handle the full sales process, from initial conversation to account setup, while ensuring a smooth and accurate experience for each customer. Responsibilities for our Entry Level Assistant Manager include presenting current promotions, answering questions, completing enrollments, and maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information. You'll also work alongside a team to meet daily and weekly sales targets and throughout the day, you will interact with a high volume of customers and businesses, address concerns on the spot, and represent AT&T services in a professional and straightforward manner.

Entry Level Assistant Manager responsibilities:

Work with businesses and customers daily to understand their needs and recommend telecommunication solutions Answer questions and guide customers through available options based on their needs Complete sales transactions, including account setup and order processing Maintain accurate customer information and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Meet daily and weekly sales targets through consistent customer interactions Stay up to date on product changes, pricing, and promotional offers Handle customer concerns directly and provide clear, timely solutions Work with team members to manage customer flow and maintain an organized sales environment

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, sales, assistant manager, retail, hospitality, or related role Strong communication skills and a passion for Customer care Positive, team-oriented mindset Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback
