Little Caesars in Erie, PA on 8th and Delaware is now hiring for full time and part time Crew, Shift leaders and Assistant Managers. We are looking for reliable staff to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers running shifts. Excellent candidates will be punctual, reliable, lead, stay on task, have a good work ethic, want to improve and achieve daily while keeping our goal of making our customers life easier. Some areas of operations include running register, landing oven, running prep and managing the shift. Crew members start at a competitive wage plus tips(totaling typically 11 plus/hr) while full time Assistant Managers(with tips typically over 15 plus/hr) have advancement opportunities as well. We include a tipping program, flexible scheduling, employee discount, store contests, free uniforms and paid training. We have a very simplistic model but staff must have a sense of urgency and stay on task while having fun and having great service!
