Shift Pay:

$23-$25/hour (based on experience) Company Vehicle Provided During Shift Step Into Leadership with KRE Security KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites. This is a great opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule . You'll be trusted to oversee operations, support officers in the field, and ensure high standards are met across all assigned locations. You'll also be provided with a company vehicle during your shift , allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management. What You'll Do Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance Train, coach, and mentor team members Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges What You Bring Previous security experience (required) Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe Law enforcement or military background (a plus, not required) Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work weekends and adapt to operational needs

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$23-$25/hour (based on experience)

Eligibility Requirements:
