- We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kittanning location (6631 Orion Dr #109).
Oversee all daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards at all timesLead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentManage inventory control, cost controls, and cash handling with accuracy and transparency, including processing monetary transactions and reconciliationsDevelop and implement staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage and considering team member availability and preferencesTrain and onboard new team members, providing clear instructions and ongoing coaching to enhance their skill set and performanceMaintain store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and food safety standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing issues promptlyProcess and manage customer orders, both in-person and via telephone, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfactionOperate all equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure team members follow proper operating proceduresMonitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to drive profitabilityHandle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism, maintaining positive customer relationshipsPrepare and complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and on timeCommunicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvementDemonstrate strong work ethic through consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliabilityParticipate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive business growthPerform additional duties as assigned to support overall store successQualifications
Required Qualifications:
