Century Cabinetry, a leading cabinet manufacturer in Leesport, PA, is seeking a 2nd Shift Department Supervisor to lead our finishing operations in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment. This key role oversees workflow, quality control, and team performance during the second shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on leadership to second-shift team members involved in sanding, spraying, staining/glazing, and operating our flat-line finishing system. Supervise evening operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met. Motivate and mentor employees, clearly communicating expectations and departmental objectives. Identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with other departments to align second-shift efforts with overall company goals. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards—our flat-line system utilizes water-based UV technology with virtually no VOC emissions.

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual Helpful. Ability to lift 15+ lbs. and handle cabinet doors, parts, and materials with care throughout the shift. Must be able to stand for extended periods during the production shift (excluding breaks and lunch).

Shift Details:

This is a full-time, 2nd shift position.
