Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer interactions, to ensure smooth operations. Lead, train, and develop team members through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback. Manage employee scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize staffing levels. Oversee merchandising efforts, pricing strategies, and promotional displays to maximize sales potential. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct interviewing and recruiting of new staff to build a talented and motivated team. Maintain accurate inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures to reduce shrinkage. Skills Proven experience in supervising retail teams with strong leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures. Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, purchasing, and store operations. Ability to negotiate with vendors and handle purchasing responsibilities confidently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, and performance management. Knowledge of retail sales strategies, marketing techniques, and merchandising principles. Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
