Multi-Store Developer

Our 28 Nittany MinitMart locations and 7 oil offices have been serving Central and Northern Pennsylvania, making a difference in the lives of our customers. What will you do? Support the implementation of the company's strategic plans, boost sales, and uphold standards in your designated area. Facilitate communication between Store Managers and the corporate office to enhance efficiency and profitability. Nurture Team Members' growth and cultivate a pool of capable leaders. Oversee staff activities across all stores in your assigned area to ensure smooth store operations. What are we looking for? Previous management experience in a multi-unit retail or convenience store environment. Passion to train, coach, and engage team members.
