We are looking to hire a Full-Time or Part-Time "Daytime Shift Lead" to work in our Northumberland Store. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and closed on Sunday. Job Description& Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned): The Daytime Shift Lead will be trained to learn areas of the retail business and guide five to eight associates at a time to execute the daily action plan. Establish a working relationship through excellent communication skills with all team members, supervisors, vendors and customers. Execute merchandising directives. Perform closing duties at the end of the day.
