Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manager - Shift and Store Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive sales growth. Your leadership will inspire a positive work environment, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to optimize team performance Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to meet safety and quality standards Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock management and ordering to minimize waste Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Train staff on customer service excellence, food presentation, and operational procedures Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Support kitchen tasks including food production oversight and kitchen cleanliness, we are very hands on with our operations Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of POS systems; proficient in cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and food handling regulations Experience with inventory control, and cost management within a quick service or fast-food environment Ability to multitask effectively in a high-energy hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Familiarity with culinary processes such as food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and performance management Knowledge of hospitality industry trends including casual dining, catering, bar operations or hotel experience is a plus Join us as a Manager - Shift and Store Manager to lead our team towards excellence!
