The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, support sales performance, manage inventory and merchandise presentation, train team members, and ensure the store operates efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities Lead, train, coach, and support store team members Provide excellent and professional guest service Monitor sales performance and work toward store sales goals Assist guests with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and coverage Maintain attractive, organized, and properly stocked merchandise displays Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise Conduct inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Handle guest questions, concerns, returns, and exchanges professionally Ensure pricing, product information, and promotional displays are accurate Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures Monitor team performance and provide feedback as needed Assist the team during busy sales periods Complete opening and closing procedures Prepare or review daily sales and operational reports Perform other duties assigned by management Requirements Previous retail, sales, store management, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and time-management abilities Experience with POS systems and cash-handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail and sales performance Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Previous store management or retail leadership experience Sales and merchandising experience Staff training and development experience Inventory management experience Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure Knowledge of retail POS and sales systems Strong organizational and leadership abilities Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Benefits may vary based on position, location, employment status, and eligibility.
