This role will assist with customer service, staff coordination, merchandise presentation, inventory tasks, and day-to-day store activities. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, detail-oriented, and able to help maintain an efficient and welcoming shopping environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service to customers. Support daily store operations and help keep the sales floor organized. Assist with coordinating team members during assigned shifts. Help train and guide staff on customer service and store procedures. Monitor merchandise displays and ensure products are presented neatly. Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Support inventory counts and communicate stock needs to management. Assist with POS transactions, cash handling, and routine checkout duties. Address customer questions or concerns in a professional manner. Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned. Communicate daily operational needs and updates with store management. Qualifications Previous retail, sales, customer service, or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach. Ability to provide direction and support to team members. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning POS, inventory, and store procedures. Able to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
