Job Description

Shipping Department Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time) P2 Probiotic Power | Warminster, PA (On-Site) About the Role P2 Probiotic Power is looking for a hands-on Shipping Department Manager to lead and organize our shipping operations. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time within the next two months as responsibilities grow. You'll be the go-to person for keeping orders moving, catching shipping errors before they become customer problems, and building repeatable processes for our growing operation. What You'll Do Own day-to-day shipping operations: order fulfillment, carrier coordination, and tracking (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) Identify, log, and resolve shipping errors (wrong items, damaged goods, lost packages, address issues) using our shipping error tracker Monitor carrier dashboards and tracking data proactively — not just responding to customer complaints Work with warehouse staff on quality control checks before packages ship Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping issues quickly and professionally Spot patterns in errors (by carrier, error type, etc.) and recommend process improvements Help build out and refine shipping procedures as the role expands toward full-time What We're Looking For Experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field Comfortable with tracking systems and basic spreadsheet tools (Excel) Detail-oriented — someone who catches the small stuff before it becomes a big problem Strong communicator, able to work directly with customers, carrier reps and customer service Self-starter who can work independently and build structure where it doesn't exist yet Reliable and local to Warminster, PA or a short commute away Able to lift up to 30 lbs (some cartons contain two cases and reach this weight)
