Deeply rooted in Japanese heritage, the brand's philosophy, "The Nature of Time," celebrates the Japanese spirituality of time, which is inspired by nature and brought to life by craftspeople known as takumi. Grand Seiko's watches are powered by exquisite mechanical and quartz movements as well as the revolutionary and unique movement technology known as Spring Drive. Grand Seiko is a vertically integrated manufacturer, and all its calibers are designed, developed, and manufactured in-house by its respective teams. The brand's watches span the Elegance, Heritage, and Sport Collections in addition to the new and highly prized Evolution 9 Collection. Spring Drive creations in the rare Masterpiece Collection hail from the Micro Artist Studio in Nagano Prefecture and the collection's mechanical watches are crafted at the Atelier Ginza in Tokyo.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Orders & Open Order Reconciliation for internal and external accounts (Btq, Btq Online & National Retail Accounts and all other retail programs. Process replenishment order entry and communicate expected availability. Managing Warranty Emails & Warranty Support o Utilizing the warranty email monitor and respond to all warranty related questions and issues. Review strap inventory and orders regularly to ensure availability for Boutique Online and boutique locations. Monitor assortment growth and seasonal inventory increases throughout the year. Managing Supply Inventory to ensure sufficient inventory levels. Assist Retail Project Department with file updates and management. Coordinate yearly compliance communication with authorized retailers as needed via Docusign. Assist Manager Retail Planning with all ongoing projects.
Requirements:
