Beaverton, OR (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

~6 months (extension possible, not guaranteed) About the Role We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Designer, Color to help shape seasonal direction for basketball apparel. In this role, you'll bring color to life through compelling storytelling, trend-driven design, and strong collaboration across product, design, and development teams. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll influence product from concept through execution. What You'll Do Develop seasonal color palettes and narratives for basketball apparel collections Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into impactful design stories Partner with cross-functional teams to execute design vision from concept to prototype Create and deliver high-quality presentations to internal stakeholders Contribute to concept development, schematic reviews, and product refinement Support multiple projects while maintaining a high level of creativity and precision What We're Looking For 3-6+ years of experience in color design, apparel design, or related field Strong portfolio showcasing color theory, storytelling, and product application Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in Photoshop Experience with tools like CLO 3D, Vizcom, and Miro Solid understanding of textiles, materials, and apparel construction Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience across both footwear and apparel Strong presentation skills with experience sharing work to senior stakeholders Background in sportswear, streetwear, or performance apparel Passion for basketball and sport culture Additional Details Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite weekly) Collaborative, team-oriented environment (~10-person core team) Streamlined interview process (typically 2 rounds) Portfolio required for consideration Why Apply?
